Missouri Chapter 4-5 stood up on February 25, 2010 in the 442nd Fighter Wing Commander's Conference Room at Whiteman AFB, MO, upon election of Officers and acceptance of the Chapter By-Laws.
Officers elected were:

Mike "Mad Mike" Price (Treasurer)
Kenny "St. Mick" Kephart (Secretary)
Tracy "Tiny" Bartlett (Sargeant at Arms)
